Hello and happy June! I hope that you are all well? What glorious weather to we are having! I am planning to send a monthly newsletter to clients past and present in order to share updates and self-help tips. Here is the first one! SLEEP: This month the focus is SLEEP. Sleep is such a crucial element of our life for health and wellbeing though at times can be a real challenge. So how can we improve the quality of our sleep and get to sleep in the first place?
